If you are interested in receiving email notifications about New Jersey Water Supply Authority bidding opportunities, provide your Company name and address, email address, and indicate the product type and/or services you want to be notified of to the Contracts Manager at csotiro@njwsa.org.

Email notifications of IFB’s/RFP’s containing the product/services you identified will be issued as bidding documents are released.

Bidders are put on notice that pre-qualification with the State of New Jersey, or any agency or subdivision thereof, may or may not serve as a basis to qualify the bidder for the award of services stated herein.

Bidders shall be experienced in the type of work to be performed, shall have the necessary equipment, and shall possess sufficient capital to properly execute the work within the time allowed.

Pre-qualification to bid is usually not required, unless specifically identified therein.

Bidders are required to provide evidence of competency to perform work by completing Bidder’s Qualification information in the Bid Format & Content Requirement section of the Bid documents.

Pre-Qualified Firms

Only pre-qualified dredging firms capable of performing the type of work involved, either by their firm or as part of a joint venture, will be eligible to submit a Bid. The Authority currently anticipates posting the IFB including bid documents, plans and specifications on Thursday, July 13, 2017. Updates of the IFB release date will be posted, if necessary.
